Shipping policy

We are still working hard to get your orders processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please be aware that depending on the shipping destination, your package may experience delivery delays. FedEx and USPS have both been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and shipping times have been slower than normal. Please contact us if you have further concerns.

  • What are my free shipping options? 
  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard Shipping takes up to an estimated 5-7 business days to arrive from the date of shipping out. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse. 
  • Who delivers my item(s)? 
  • Your items are delivered under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 
  • From what location do my items ship? 
  • Styled Speechless, LLC is an online boutique that is located and ships from Texas. 
  • How can I track my item(s)? 
  • Once you place an order with us and that order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. 
  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to help you! 
  • How long will it take you to ship out my order? 
  • We work to ship out orders out as soon as possible. Processing times for orders may take up to 1-3 days based on volume.  
  • During holidays and sales/promotions, please allow for longer processing times as order volumes are much higher. 
  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. 
  • Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping? 
  • Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If your package is lost in transit due to an error in the address, you will need to file a claim with the carrier of your package.  
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to make a change to your shipping address or contact information BEFORE your package has shipped, please email us at info@styledspeechless.com! Once an order has been sent out and you have received confirmation of shipping, changes to the order CANNOT be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 
  • What if I am unhappy with my order? 
  • Our ultimate goal is to have customers that love shopping with us. Before leaving a negative review, we would love the change to make it right. Please email us at info@styledspeechless.com.
