Refund policy

We hope you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, select the option that best suits your needs! 

Return Eligibility Requirements 

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, but please see below for any exceptions & rules: 

  • Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. In addition, items must be free of smoke, deodorant, pet hair, and make-up. 
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.  
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you contact us after 3 days, your item will not qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo in your email of the damaged or defective item. 
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. 
  • Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • FINAL SALE items will NOT be eligible for a return (i.e. store credit, refund, or exchange). Final sale items meet one of the following criteria: 
  • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale 
  • Any items listed in a sale category 
  • Gift cards 
  • PLEASE NOTE: FINAL SALE items will have “FINAL SALE” listed in the description.  
  • The following items will be eligible for store credit ONLY if the tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) are still attached: 
  • Jewelry 
  • Hats 
  • Swimwear  
  • Items purchased that included a FREE gift must have the original item plus the free gift returned. 

 

 

 

How to Make a Return 

Return for an Exchange 

  • We can provide exchanges if all of the return eligibility requirements are met and there is sufficient inventory to do so. Due to limited quantities per style, we cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible. Exchanges are ONLY for the same item in a different size or color. Please send us a message at info@styledspeechless.com with your order number and details of what you would like to exchange.  
  • PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend returning the item wanting to be exchanged for a refund and purchasing the new style or size you desire. Sizes and styles sell out fast, so it’s best to purchase as soon as possible when wanting a new size to ensure that you are able to receive it.  

Return for a Refund 

  • Must be initiated and/or postmarked within 14 days of the date your order shipped. 
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of shipping withheld from their refund. Therefore, the purchased price of the item less the cost of shipping will be refunded back to the customer.  
  • Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will go back onto your gift card first. 

Return for Store Credit 

  • Must be initiated and/or postmarked within 15-30 days of the date your order shipped for store credit ONLY.  
  • If you choose not to use the label provided through our return portal, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Credit will be issued by email for the purchased price of the item less the cost of shipping.  
  • If you choose to use the label provided through our return portal, the shipping label is FREE, and shipping will not be taken out. 
  • ***PLEASE NOTE: Store credit MUST be used within 90 days or it will expire.  

There are Two Ways to Send a Return:

  • Submit a return request, and we will email a return shipping label to you! 

When Mailing a Return: 

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return. 
  • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package. 

***Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on the system you used to pay with. Please contact us if it has been more than 14 days. 

If an Ineligible Item(s) is Returned to Us: 

  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee of 10% (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on the original purchase price of the item(s). 
  • Final sale items/returns postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). This restocking fee is equal to 10% of the original purchase price or $3/item, whichever is greater. 
  • Returns that are postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date in which the customer does not wish to have a restocking fee withheld can be shipped back to the customer at their own expense. 

Important Reminders: 

PLEASE NOTE: The management reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds, and each case is subject to the sole discretion of Styled Speechless, LLC. 

  • The company will not be liable for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer, and the customer will be subject to the item being returned back to us before receiving a refund.
